Política de Anulación / Registration Cancellation Policy:

≥ 60 días antes del inicio → Reembolso 85% (15% gastos administrativos). / ≥ 60 days before the start → 85% refund (15% administrative fee).

59 a 5 días antes del inicio → Reembolso 65% (35% gastos administrativos). / 59 to 5 days before the start → 65% refund (35% administrative fee).

Desde 4 días antes y durante el evento → No habrá reembolso. La inscripción podrá transferirse a otro colega de la misma categoría de pago. Si el reemplazo corresponde a una categoría distinta, deberá pagar la diferencia aplicable y encontrarse al día en sus cuotas societarias. / From 4 days before and during the event → No refunds will be issued. The registration may be transferred to another colleague within the same fee category. If the substitute belongs to a different category, they must pay the applicable difference and be up to date with their membership dues.
Procedimiento de Anulación / Cancellation Procedure:

Enviar solicitud por escrito a info@sortchile.cl. / Send your cancellation request in writing to info@sortchile.cl.

Si pagó por transferencia bancaria → incluir datos bancarios completos: nombre titular, banco, tipo/n.º de cuenta, mail, (SWIFT/IBAN si corresponde). / If you paid by bank transfer → include full bank details: account holder’s name, bank, account type and number, email address, and SWIFT/IBAN if applicable.

Si pagó por PayPal → indicar el correo electrónico asociado a la cuenta PayPal desde la cual se realizó el pago. / If you paid by PayPal → provide the email address of the PayPal account used for the payment.

Los reembolsos se procesarán en un plazo máximo de 60 días hábiles después de finalizado el evento. / Refunds will be processed within 60 business days after the event ends.
